ASRock Industrial Rolls Panther Lake Across Six Form Factors
Mini-ITX, 3.5-inch SBC, COM-HPC, NUC, iBOX and an industrial IoT controller, all on Core Ultra Series 3 with up to 180 platform TOPS, In-Band ECC, and both TCC and TSN.

ASRock Industrial announced a complete Intel Core Ultra Series 3 lineup on 16 September, built on the Panther Lake-H silicon and covering six form factors: the IMB-1251-WV Mini-ITX series, the SBC-377 3.5-inch single board computer series, the COMHA-300 COM-HPC module, the NUC(S) Ultra 300 BOX series, the iBOX Ultra 300 series and the iEP-7050E industrial IoT controller.
The headline figure is up to 180 total platform TOPS, combining CPU, GPU and NPU engines. Memory goes to 128 GB of DDR5 at up to 7200 MHz, with In-Band ECC support. Display output is quad via HDMI 2.1 and Thunderbolt 4 / USB4. The iEP-7050E is specified fanless and wide-temperature at -25 to 60 degrees Celsius. Target applications named are machine vision, robotics and smart manufacturing.
Two items in the specification matter more than the TOPS number. Intel Time Coordinated Computing and Time-Sensitive Networking are both supported, which is what allows a single box to handle motion-adjacent timing alongside vision inference rather than splitting the work across two controllers with a fieldbus between them.
In-Band ECC is the quieter one. Error correction on a consumer-derived memory subsystem is what makes a platform defensible in a machine expected to run unattended for years, and its absence is a common reason industrial buyers reject otherwise capable hardware.
ASRock Industrial separately announced an edge-inference collaboration with Axelera AI on 18 September, which suggests it intends to sell both integrated NPU capacity and add-in accelerator options against the same customer conversations.
